    • Memorandum of Marks Certificate of the Qualifying Examination
    • Migration Certificate for PG Programmes if the candidate obtained UG Degree from other University (If Migration Certificate cannot be produced, Domestic Applicants are required to pay Rs. 100/- extra to ANU towards recognition fee. International Students need not pay this extra fee.)

Yes. Originals should not be sent by post. However, verification of original certificates before the completion of the course is compulsory either at ANU office or at ANU designated centers.

One set of Photocopies and One Passport size Photographs fix in the filled application form.. Please send it through DTDC Courier or Indian Speed Post only.

Photocopies must be attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal / Gazetted Head Master / Notary For overseas students the photocopies must be notarized in their respective countries of residence.

As per UGC regulations, all the students enrolled with ANU will have to come to Andhra Pradesh or Telengana to write the exam.Any student residing outside AP or TS will have to fill the undertaking letter and send us a copy of the same.

(Note: The same is applicable to students who have done his/her qualifying education through a college or university outside Andhra Pradesh or Telangana)

The student will have to pay document verification fee, Only if the student has done his/her qualifying education through a college or university outside Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. Each college or university will have their own document verification charge, so the student will have to call their previous college or University and check how much they charge for document verification and then take a DD for the same amount, made payable to their previous college or University. The student will have to courier the DD along with the attested documents. ANU will be using the same DD for paying the university at the time of document verification.

No, the exams will be conducted at designated Test Centres.
  • Every Course has been given specific break up of awarding marks for assignments and Semester end/Year end Examinations as mentioned in the Course Structure given for each Course.
  • 30 marks for Assignments and 70 marks for term end exam for each paper.
Yes in English except the second language paper.

Practical classes are a part of the curriculum, but the students will not have any practical or lab classes. Students will be provided with previous year's practical exam papers on LMS for preparation. Practical examinations will be held and the students will be notified about the nearby practical exam centers and exam dates.

For B.A. and B.Com. UG Courses, Examinations will be conducted once in a year tentatively from 5th May.
For all other Courses, Examinations will be conducted at the end of each Semester tentatively from 5th December and 5th May of every year.

  • Normally Course change is not permitted.
  • However, if the Candidate desires to change, he/she has to apply in written within 15 days of provisional admission.
  • Course Change Fee is Rs. 1000/- for Domestic Candidates and $ 20 for International Students.
  • Usually, whatever name is appearing in the Age Proof / SSC / 10th / Certificate issued by competent Revenue Authority / Passport copy will be considered for Course admitted.
  • However, if a female (married) wants to change the surname, she has to submit the original Gazette Notification of the Name change. She has to upload in the website and also submit attested Xerox copy.
  • Even any candidate irrespective of the gender, who wishes to have a name change, has to submit the appropriate Gazette Notification.
    Fee: University shall decide on Fee from time to time.
Name as printed in SSC or 10th. In case of non availability of 10th or SSC, Date of Birth Certificate issued by revenue officials, / Passport copy / Notarized Date of Birth Certificate
NRIs will be treated as foreign students.Eligibility criteria for admission into any course is same as that of domestic students.However, there is a need for establishing equivalence and if there is no equivalence readily approved by AIU (Association of Indian Universities) a committee for establishing equivalence will examine and establish equivalence on payment of $ 200. He or she has to produce a Certificate of NRI status obtained from the Embassy. Fee: NRI students must pay the fee prescribed for international students. (As per GOMS No.47 dated 19-07-2012 of Andhra Pradesh, NRI is defined as : a candidate born to a parent of Indian Origin residing outside the country” and who passed the qualifying examination or the equalized examination”.)

  • 100% fees will be refunded if Student gives notice of withdraw from the program in 15 Days or more before the formally-notified last date of admission
  • 90% fees will be refunded if Student gives notice of withdraw from the program in Less than 15 Days before the formally-notified last date of admission
  • 80% fees will be refunded if Student gives notice of withdraw from the program in 15 Days or less after the formally-notified last date of admission
  • 50% fees will be refunded if Student gives notice of withdraw from the program in 30 Days or less, but more than 15 days, after formally-notified last date of admission
  • 0% fees will be refunded if Student gives notice of withdraw from the program in More than 30 Days after formally-notified last date of admission
Fees will be refunded within fifteen days from the date of receiving a written application from the student in this regard
